There was another red Le Mans (1977 I think) for sale at the Bonham's auction also. I don't know if it sold.

Are you going to the Guzzi National by chance? If so, let me know, as I am leaving Monday June 23rd from Pleasanton.

There are more than a few "Guzzitisti" in the Bay Area and we need to orgazine a Breakfast Run or something in the near future. I agree - TOO HOT this weekend! Anyway, take care and keep in touch.

I bought it new after my 1977 Yamaha XS750 triple was stolen from my apartment complex. It was the first and only motorcycle I ever had stolen in >40 years!

I have fond memories of riding that in the Hill country and then, around Santa Cruz when I later moved to Mt. View, California.
